In January 2026, the USMLE® program is combining all USMLE service functions under co-sponsors FSMB and NBME. Beginning January 8, 2026, MyIntealth will be briefly unavailable to facilitate this change, and IMGs will no longer be able to access any USMLE services in MyIntealth. After the transition, IMGs will access USMLE services through FSMB. If you are testing in January, download your scheduling permit now to ensure you have it for your test day.
